Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic, conveniently situated in the heart of Teton village and close to all the places you'd want to visit. However, the rooms lack privacy due to their positioning next to a walkway, and the hallway leading to them is extremely dark. The service was subpar with unhelpful staff who made excuses when issues arose, although pet amenities were a plus.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean and spacious, were tucked away with a loud generator noise. On the upside, the rooms were well-decorated and cozy. The service was top-notch, with super helpful and friendly staff, especially the PM manager in the restaurant. The location was great, close to the Grand Tetons and with ample parking. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with subpar food quality. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel's amenities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern and very comfortable, but unfortunately, they were tucked in with a very loud generator noise. The service was nice overall, especially the PM manager in the restaurant, but some staff seemed a bit unhelpful when it came to questions about the area. The location was wonderful for the price, although some aspects like slippery floors and noise between rooms could be improved. Dining was a hit or miss with some good and bad experiences. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel had pet amenities available which was a plus.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a good amount of space, but it wasn't as clean as expected in the current times. Despite being a king bed room with two people, we only had one chair in the room. On the bright side, it was small but tidy.
